We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may change your mind after making a purchase. However, we have implemented a no refunds policy to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our business operations.
1. Hygiene and Safety Concerns:
Cosmetics are personal care products that come into direct contact with the skin, eyes, and lips. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used cosmetic products. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand new and uncontaminated products.
2. Shipping Errors:
In the event of a shipping error on our part (e.g., wrong items shipped, missing items), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In regard to quality control, we take pictures of every order processed and if a mistake was made, we will rectify the error and ensure you receive the correct products. If the shipping and tracking number is correct and you have not received your items, please contact your local USPS office to locate your package. We are not responsible for USPS errors.
